Leaders,
domestically and globally, over the past two years became aware
of the need for resilience, and restructuring their organizations
for a period of survival and stabilization. It is now time for
leaders to rebound and to take the next steps beyond stabilization.
They must refocus, inspire and innovate to lead successfully.
The
SPIM 2012 Conference will present research
and practice that will assist us as leaders, and our organizations’
leaders to Refocus, Inspire and Innovate. Session presenters
are drawn from a broad range of highly regarded researchers
and practitioners both those who are new to SPIM and seasoned
SPIM members. The presenters will focus on critical research
and real life applications to current issues, challenges, and
opportunities facing leaders and their organizations.
Looking for a welcoming atmosphere in addition to a great program?
SPIM members make visitors and new SPIM members feel welcome.
We actively interact and network throughout the conference.
We focus on being good colleagues through our now traditional
Friday night host dinners and the Saturday night recognition
and awards dinner.
