Ann B. Evangelista

Ann leverages her experience as a psychologist, business and leadership expert, and endurance athlete to maximize human potential and business results. Organizations seek Ann’s hiring proficiency to select and develop high-caliber talent and build great teams. As a coach, Ann’s reflective abilities and goal orientation help clients achieve meaningful results. She is an expert on change transformation, resilience, talent selection, development and engagement, conflict and negotiation, feedback, developing future talent, and leading for the long term. Her book, The
Endurance Leader, was released in 2024.

Previously, Ann worked as a Principal Consultant at Green Peak Partners and earlier as a Managing Director and Senior Consultant at TalentQuest.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and MBA from Widener University.

Ann is a Licensed Psychologist and member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and several Divisions. She is the Managing Director of the Alliance for Leadership Excellence (Alexcel), prior Treasurer for the Society of Consulting Psychology, and is a member of APA’s Leadership Institute for Women in Psychology.

An Ironman triathlete and marathon runner, Ann brings her high-performance focus and results orientation to her work, family, and 
community.
