Mentorship Program

The Recruitment, Retention, and Engagement Committee is pleased to announce that we have had a great response to our initial request for members interested in mentoring other members!  The generosity and breadth of expertise is incredible.  We have formatted the responses into a directory that is now available in the password protected member section of the website. You can login here, using your username and password.  If you do not remember your password, you can click here to update your password.

If you have a question or issue that you would like to explore with a mentor, please go to the directory and reach out.  As a reminder, we are envisioning a co-mentoring model, so you may serve in both mentor and mentee roles, even potentially within the same relationship.  Once you reach out, you and the mentor can determine what will be most beneficial: from one phone call to a series of ongoing contacts, according to your needs and availability.

Also, as a reminder, any SPIM member may also complete the mentor survey and register as a potential mentor at  When you do so, your information will be added to the directory and members may contact you.

We are very excited about this new SPIM benefit and appreciate the wisdom we have in this organization.
